BREAKFAST

Formula 1: Take two tablespoons of Formula 1 in water, milk, soy drink or unsweetened fruit juice.
Formula 2: 1 tablet with shake.
Formula 3: 2 tablets with shake.

MID-MORNING
Around 10am based on a 9 to 5 day. Using Thermojetics tablets will assist in burning fat, blocking cravings and boosting energy.

Thermojetics Green: 1-2 tablets, and Thermojetics Beige: 1 tablet. or
Thermojetics Total Control: 1-2 tablets.

LUNCH
If you can eat your meal for the day at noon it will give your body more energy and the time to burn more calories. If you can't and have to have your second shake at lunch, don't worry, you will still lose weight.

Formula 2: 1 tablet
Formula 3: 3 tablets

MID-AFTERNOON
Around 3pm based on a 9 to 5 day. Using Thermojetics tablets will assist in burning fat, blocking cravings and boosting energy.

Thermojetics Green: 1-2 tablets, and Thermojetics Beige: 1 tablet. or
Thermojetics Total Control: 1-2 tablets.

DINNER

Formula 1: Have your second shake/meal replacement at night if possible.
Formula 2: 1 tablet
Formula 3: 2 tablets

EVENING

Thermojetics Yellow: Take 1 tablet after your last meal for the day.

Remember the following:

Drink 6 - 8 glasses of water per day
Eat well. Do not be afraid of 'good' calories. You need at least 1200-1500 calories per day even when you are losing weight. It is important that while you are on a diets that you follow our food suggestions, they are restrictive however, you will lose the weight quickly*.
